5 shocking Ways Narcissists End Up Dying

Today, I have a very interesting topic for you: how the narcissist dies. Everybody wants to know what happens to the narcissist, where do they end up? So, I’m going to give you five things that could happen to the narcissist. You’ll see that it all makes sense, and how the narcissist ends up where they end up. So, how do you think the narcissist ends up? How do they end up dying?

1. Death by Accident

One of the ways narcissists end up dying is by accident. Nobody gets into more accidents than a reckless narcissist. We know narcissists are very reckless. They live double and triple lives, going around the clock from one supply to another, never getting rest.

They’re running around, tired, and you know what that does? It causes car accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, and other kinds. Narcissists are reckless, and when you’re dealing with reckless people, they’re going to have accidents because they’re not careful. Their mind are all over the place.

Some narcissists could have accidents with drugs and alcohol; some could overdose because they overdo it. They’re not careful, not taking care of themselves, always looking for that high, that instant gratification. I remember seeing a reality show where a narcissist ended up in a car accident because he was trying to outrun the cops. He died in that accident because he lived a reckless life. A lot of narcissists are criminals, and that dangerous lifestyle can lead to accidents.

2. Death by Sickness

Another way a narcissist could end up dying is by getting very, very sick. This is for the same reasons: narcissists don’t take care of themselves. They run their bodies through the gamut, ending up with high blood pressure, heart disease, or strokes. Now, for all the trolls out there, this doesn’t mean everyone with heart disease or a stroke is a narcissist. I can’t believe I even have to put this disclaimer here, but some people think in absolutes.

Many narcissists die younger than you might expect because of sickness. They abuse their bodies; a lot of them are addicts, into drinking and drugging. Some may get STDs and other diseases that way. Narcissists are filled with anxiety and depression, which shoots up their cortisol levels, making them sick. They’re always worried about what people think of them, their image, and how others view them, so they’re very stressed individuals.

This stress doesn’t just affect them; they project it onto their victims. When you leave a relationship with a narcissist, you might end up a basket case, filled with anxiety and stress from dealing with their critical, judgmental behavior. They devalue you, put you down, and that causes you to have anxiety and depression. Narcissists not only make themselves sick but also their victims. Many people end up with serious illnesses cancer, thyroid issues, after dealing with a narcissist because of heightened cortisol levels wreaking havoc on their immune systems.

3. Death by Revenge

You’re not going to believe this, but another way narcissists could die is by someone seeking revenge. Shows like Snapped and other crime stories often feature narcissists who play with the wrong people. They might mess with a super empath someone who feels deeply to their core. When a narcissist plays with their feelings, a super empath could snap. Not necessarily to the point of killing, but maybe hurting the narcissist badly.

I saw an episode of Snapped about a girl from DC dealing with a narcissistic guy who was a big player, jerking her around. He thought he could do this to her and other women, but she reached her breaking point, got a gun, and shot him. This happens when narcissists play with sensitive people who won’t heal easily from the hurt. These individuals might seek revenge or even send someone after the narcissist to beat them up or worse.

Narcissists are paranoid because they know they’ve screwed over many people. They’re always checking the door, looking around restaurants, worried someone might come for them. When you’re an evil person stepping on toes, eventually you step on the wrong person’s toes, and they might come for you. Narcissists are self-aware enough to know this, which fuels their paranoia.

4. Death in Prison

Another way narcissists may die is in prison. Many narcissists are criminals, in and out of facilities for stealing, robbing, or hurting people. A lot of people in prison lack empathy for their victims, a hallmark of narcissism. Some narcissists may die in prison due to their criminal activities.

Narcissists often love the streets, where the action is. They thrive on drinking, drugging, prostitution, and fast money, seeking instant gratification. This lifestyle puts them at risk of getting hurt or killed on the streets.

I knew someone from Chicago, a young guy, about 34, who was dangerous himself but always hanging out on the streets. He ended up getting shot because he was playing with the wrong people and living a reckless life.

5. Death by Suicide

The last way a narcissist could die is by suicide. Sometimes, a narcissist will take their own life. Malignant narcissists might threaten suicide to manipulate you. I had one try with that. Some don’t go through with it, but others do. Anyone like that is dangerous to be around; they might take themselves down and try to take you with them. You have to distance yourself and let them seek their mental help.

I knew a narcissist in Brooklyn who was doing something illegal on the streets. When the cops came to bust him, he knew he was facing a long prison sentence, so he shot himself to avoid jail. When narcissists feel their world spiraling out of control, losing supply, getting older, or getting busted, they might look for an out through suicide.

Again, I must add a disclaimer: not everyone who commits suicide is a narcissist. But some narcissists experience a narcissistic collapse when they burn bridges, lose supply, and become lonely. A narcissist with money might always find a supply, as people are drawn to their wealth. But a narcissist who has lost everything, family, children, and money might collapse and, in some cases, commit suicide.

6. Alone in a Nursing Home or Hospice

Finally, narcissists may end up in a nursing home or hospice, all alone and bitter, torturing everyone around them because they no longer have control. I knew nurses who dealt with narcissists at the end of their lives. These individuals were angry, cruel, and vicious until the end, with no family or visitors because they had burned all their bridges.

The Sad Reality of the Narcissist

This is the sad reality for many narcissists. They may seem happy moving on to a new supply, but trust me, when they’re toxic, there’s always trouble in paradise. They’ll end up with multiple failed marriages, kids who want nothing to do with them, health issues, accidents, and a sense that their world is tumbling down as they lose control with age. This is their demise.
